The terms on which we sell to you.
These terms
By placing an order with Velora Fragrance House you accept these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns page, which form part of them.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order where an item or a scent has sold out, where the price or description was listed in error, or where we suspect fraud; in that case we refund anything already taken in full.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes and duties unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order has been confirmed. International duties and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
Products
Fragrance is a natural product and small variations in colour and strength occur between batches. Photographs are of the actual products, but screens vary. Scent descriptions and note pyramids describe the composition, not a guarantee of how a fragrance will behave on any particular skin or in any particular room.
Safe use
Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from anything that can catch fire, and keep candles, oils and sprays out of reach of children and pets. Essential oils must be diluted in a carrier oil before any contact with skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Intellectual property
The Velora name, logo, packaging, label artwork, photography and site content are owned by Velora Fragrance House and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
